First and foremost, thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out this site.  

My name is Mark and I live in Carlisle.  I do most of my Cycling in the North Pennines and Eden Valley area, with the odd sortie into the Lake District, SW Scotland and to the West Coast of Cumbria... usually for ice cream!!!

The website is constantly under construction and is intended as a "hub" that cyclists in the area can use to share experiences, routes, photos and to have a good gripe of course!!
